Day 01 :	LUCKNOW TO NEPALGANJ (3 -4 Hrs)
	Arrive at airport Lucknow. Assemble at the meeting point and our representative and drive to Nepalganj. it is the gateway to the Western Mountain Region to Nepal. Overnight Nepalganj

Day 02 :

NEPALGANJ - SIMIKOT

Transfer from Hotel to airport and board your 45 minutes helicopter ride to Simikot. The flight to Simikot passes through the rough Mountains where weather often gets cloudy i.ee., the reason the flights bound to this region are early morning when the sky is clear. The airport at Simikot has STOL capacity airport (Short take off and landing) where only small aircraft can fly with minimum capacity of 15 - 16 passengers. Overnight Simikot.

Day 03 :

SIMIKOT - HILSA - TAKLAKOT

After breakfast board helicopter from Simikot and fly to Hilsa which is 20 minutes flight. On arrival, pick - up at Shera border and walk for 10 minutes and cross border, enter Tibet and meet our crew. Take a 30 minutes drive to Taklakot (3900m), We operate Euro copter that can carry only 5 persons + 10 kg luggage at a time. Since, helicopter has limited capacity to carry, we request you not to carry any unnecessary baggage. We use two helicopters at a time, so we can airlift our group members to Hilsa as soon as possible. Overnight Taklakot.

Day 04 :

TAKLAKOT - MANSAROVER

After breakfast, drive 105kms i.e.1/1/2 hours drive to Mansarovar Lake (4500m). On arrival you will have the first glimpse/darshan of the Holy Mt. Kailash and Lake Mansarovar. The entire circumference of the lake is about 102kms. It is so peaceful and serene around making it the best place for meditation. Also, opposite to Mansarovar Lake is Rakshatal - The lake represents 'Rakshas' the devil forced where Ravana, had performed a penance to Lord Shiva for 5000 years. It is believed that one should not touch the water of Raksha Tal as it is considered inauspicious. Have a rest day and day in leisure for puja, havan and holy bath at the lake. Day 05 :	MANSAROVER - DARCHEN
	Holy Dip in Mansarover Lake, breakfast, drive 30kms to reach Darchen (4560m), which is the base camp of Mt. Kailash. Rest day for acclimatization to higher altitude and preparation for Kora/Parikarma with porters, Pony and Logistics. Overnight Darchen

Day 06 :

DARCHEN - TO DIRAPUK VIA YAMA DWAR (OUTER KORA - DAY 01) - 30 MINUTES DRIVE & 4 - HOURS OF TREK

This is the day to begin your Kora/Parikarma. After breakfast, take a drive of 07 kms for 30 minutes to reach YamaDwar. It is necessary to pass through YamaDwar to visit Holy Mt. Kailash. Here those yatris who are not willing to go for the prikrama would return to Dirapuk and others would start the Trek to Dirapuk (4750m) which is a 4 - 5 hours of trek for 12kms on unusual altitude. The Pilgrims would see the magnificent view of North face of Kailash and the beautiful sunset. Important we would take a short stopover before commencing the Parikrama from Darchan to obtain the Entry permit to the restricted region from the local police and army officials.. Darchan to Yuma dwar is 7km and drive time is 30min. Overnight Dirapuk.

Day 07 :

DIRAPUKD TO ZUTHULPUK (4850m) VIA DOM LA PASS (Outer Kora - Day 2) - 08 HOURS OF TREK

After breakfast, trek to Zuthulpuk via Dolma La Pass (5600m). The most difficult passage of Kora/Parikarma which leads to a difficult journey as we have to trek upto 18600 ft. with unpredictable weather. So it is advisable to start the trek early morning and keep food and baggage light. We will trek for 7 - 8 hours about 20 - 22km and on route we will have a sight of Gaurikund (5630m). Arrive at Zuthulpuk (4850m) and rest. Overnight Zuthulpuk.

Day 08 :	ZUTHULPUK TO TAKLAKOT VIA HOLY LAKE MANSAROVER (END OF KORA) 3-4 HOURS OF TREK.
	Today we will complete the Parikarma of Holy Mt. Kailash. After breakfast, trek for 03 - 4 hours till Darchen where our vehicles will be waiting to drive us to Taklakot via Lake Mansarovar parikarma (complete the Mansarover Parikrama). Over night at Taklakot.

Day 09 :	TAKLAKOT TO HILSA AND FLY TO NEPALGANJ VIA SIMIKOT BY HELICOPTER
	After breakfast, drive to Nepal border, Hilsa and fly to Nepalganj via Simikot by helicopter and onward to Kathmandu, This is a cushion day, considering any last minute climatic or political insurgence, if any.Overnight Kathmandu.

Day 10 :

NEPALGANJ TO DROP LUCKNOW.

Departure transfer to connect your onward journey. Please note, the weather conditions during the journey are light breeze or windy. The air route between Nepalgunj and Simikot passes through remote mountainous region where the weather is often cloudy. As per the visa rule of the Chinese government, all group members must enter together and exit together. Hence, no one can cross the border until all members have arrived at Hilsa. A brief halt is made at Darchen as some travel documents are required from the local police and army officials.

TERMS & CONDITION FOR DOMESTIC TOURS

General Rules :

Tourist can enroll His / Her / their name(s) for the Tour by paying a deposit (non-refundable) of INR 2500/- per person For booking of any class in train and / or by air, additional difference amount is required. The difference should also be paid in advance. The balance amount should be paid 15 days prior to the date of departure. If the balance amount is not paid before 15 days, it will be deemed as cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded. We reserve the right to cancel the Tour, alter the routes, carriers, time-tables, itinerary and accommodation without prior notice.

Tourist travels at their own risk. Neither the Tour operator nor their representatives or staff accept any liabilities or responsibilities for any damage, loss, injury, accident, death etc, during the Tour howsoever it might have caused.

Any increase in Air / Bus Fares should be borne by the passenger only.

The management reserves the right to take all necessary steps including suspending the passengers who creates trouble for the management or to the other fellow passengers.

If due to any reason beyond our control like riots, accidents, flood, political unrest, bandh calls or any natural, or man made calamities, the Tour programme needs to be changed or extended, then the additional expenditure for the same will be borne by the passengers. If any passenger has to leave the Tour mid way due to any reason, then there shall be no refund for the remaining part of the Tour and the expenses for returning back shall also be borne by the passengers only.

If due to any reason beyond our control, we have to cancel some sight seeing places, there shall be no refund for the same. If a Tour is cancelled from our part then the cost and responsibility of organising the new Tour will be of passengers only.

Any complain regarding our services like Hotels, Bus, etc, passengers are advised to inform our office immediately by Phone / Fax so that the same can be re-addressed on the spot, no complains or refund for the same be entertained after completion of the Tour.

Any dispute / claims subject to Thane Jurisdiction.

Any change / additional Govt. Service tax levied must born by the passengers.

Timings mentioned in the itinerary for the Bus / Flight journey are estimated only. There are frequent chances of delay in arrival / departure at destination due to various reasons.

Postponement of journey is not allowed. It will be treated as cancellation and accordingly the cancellation charges will be applicable.

Railway Arrangements :

The charges shown in each program do not include any kind of railways fare of either side. Tourists are required to arrange the railway tickets by them selves. The company is not responsible for any problem/s regarding railways Tickets.
It is necessary to book at least 60 days in advance before the schedule departure of the Tour. We do not accept any responsibilities and liabilities for the railway tickets of the passengers who book with us for less than 60 days from the scheduled departure of the train. If we have to make any alternate arrangement, then the extra cost of making alternate arrangement should be borne by the passengers only.
If a train is missed for any reason/s or a train is cancelled by the railway authorities, in such cases whatsover alternate arrangements made by the Tour manager will be abide to every Tourist and if any extra amount for making such arrangements is to be paid the same will have to be borne by the Tourist.
Berth Nos. & Coach Nos. of Railway Tickets are allotted by the computer and therefore passengers have to accept as they are given.
Every Tourist joining the Tour is requested to keep with him the photo ID proofs of Indian Nationality such as Driving License, Passport, Election / Income tax PAN Card, Post Identity Card etc. during the Tour.
NO SERVICES & MEALS DURING TRAIN JOURNEY.
Date of Departure and the duration of the Tour program is mentioned from Mumbai in this literature to facilitate the Tourists to arrange their railway/Air tickets for the Tour journey.

Transport Arrangements :

The company will arrange the Non A/C vehicle arrangements to visit the places of sight seeing for one time only.
No arrangements of vehicle will be made again if the Darshan or the entry time of the visiting place is closed, road blockage or for any reason so far.
Tourist will have to go by walk to the places nearby of the stay of our hotel and to the place where our bus can not reach. If the Tourist desire to go there by any other vehicle, he / she will have to arrange at their own cost.
For child independent seat booked will only be provided a separate seat in bus journey

Food Arrangement :

Morning tea / coffee with breakfast Lunch & Dinner will be served as per convenience during the bus journey. Sweet dish will be served thrice in week. Plates for serving food will be arranged by the company and will be washed and cleaned by the company staff.
Special Arrangements for Jain Foods.
The company will not arrange a tea / coffee, lunch or dinner during the Train / Air journey.
Breakfast, Tea, Lunch Dinner will not be provided in the hotel room.
Milk powder is being used for the preparation of tea / coffee. and Any Milk Item.
Evening Tea / Coffee not provide during the journey.
NO SERVICES & MEALS DURING TRAIN JOURNEY.

Stay Accommodations :

We have published the names of the Hotels for each Tour, even though we reserve the right to change the same, if the accommodation is not available in the Identified / Specified Hotel for the particular package Tour due to reasons beyond our control. We shall make all our best efforts to shift the passengers to the Hotel maintaining / having more or less the same standards. No refund will be allowed when we have provided alternative / similar accommodation. The rooms shall be allotted as per the check-in time of the respective Hotels, and they shall have to be vacated as per the check-out time of the Hotel.
Night stay accommodations will be arranged in good hotel and attached toilet bath, Double bed Non A/C room will be provided between two full tickets.
Family consisting of more than two members will be provided an extra mattresses in their room. For child independent seat booked will only be provided a separate seat in bus journey and separate mattress in the room. Hotel rooms are not very big so maximum one extra bed will be arranged in room.
Breakfast, Tea, Lunch Dinner will not be provided in the hotel room.
In Bedri Kedar, Gangotri, Yamunotri, regular Tour, room will be provided between Two / Three / Four passengers will be accommodated in a room.
Washing of clothes in hotel rooms is strictly prohibited.
Tourists will have to use their own towel / soap etc. in hotel rooms.
Double Bed Room will be arranged among 4/5 members during the short stay required for bath and fresh up.
Hotel rooms are booked in advance. As such the same will be provided and vacated as per check in and check out time of the Hotel. Members will have to co-operate accordingly. In case of provision of less number of Rooms by the Hotel management due to any reason, Rooms will be arranged in other Hotel and the members will have to accommodate themselves accordingly and will have to co-operate. No kind of refund will be given by the Tour operator. For any reason if the arrangements of stay are made at the place other than the actually booked, the members will have to accept such arrangements and no kind of any refund will be made by the Tour operator.

You can confirm your booking in our Tour by paying a deposit of Rs. 100%/- per person out of this Rs. 50% is non refundable and non transferable. & All the bank charges for credit card transactions will have to be borne by the customer.
Balance payment by Cheque / Cash will be excepted 15 days prior to the departure of the Tour. If anybody fails to pay the balance amount before 15 days, he shall be deemed as cancelled and the deposit shall not be refunded.
In 3/4 Sharing occupancy, 1 double bed and only 1 Extra Mattress provide on ground in one room.,
At Hotel Check-in time is 12.30 PM & Check-out time 10.00 AM, Early check in and late checkout In Hotel subject to availability.
We would appreciate, if the guest does not lend their ears to the drivers as most of the time they misguide the passengers. In such instances we would request them to contact our executive.
We are not liable for any kind of refund for any damage caused by any disturbance such as riots, accidents, floods, cyclones, rains, landslides, political unrest, shutdown of India, or any natural or man-made disaster. (Eg .. flight tickets, train tickets, hotel booking, vehicle booking, wastage of days, food, sightseeing, injury and death, theft, robbery etc.)
Audio Video system provided in vehicle is complimentary, we do not charge anything extra for that and hence, in case the audio or video is not working, is not in the vehicle or stops working during Tour NO AMOUNT CAN BE DEDUCTED FROM OUR BILL.
Tourists travel at their own risk. The tour operator or their representative or staff will not be responsible in any way for any loss, injury, accident, death etc.
We act only as agents for transporters and while exercising the greatest possible care to give the best services, cannot be held reasonable for any liabilities arising during the use of vehicles for which the transporter is responsible.
In any situation if a passenger needs to leave a Tour package midway then no refunds would be given. Any passenger who does provoking activities in the Tour and disturbs the management of the Tour will be excluded from the Tour and no refund would be given for the same.
